Meet Anu
Being a therapist is more than a career to me. It's something I feel deeply called to do.
One of my favorite moments is when someone realizes they have choices they didn't see before. When they speak up for themselves instead of shutting down, find a little more kindness toward themselves, or discover that something they've struggled with for years is becoming easier.
I believe people can change in ways they might not yet imagine, and I love being part of that process.

Small tasks like laundry, grocery shopping, or getting out of bed feel surprisingly difficult.
Your emotions can be overwhelming, or sometimes you feel completely numb.

I'm gentle and reflective, and people often describe me as having a grounded, calming presence. I'll give you my full attention, and I'll be honest with you, always as kindly as I can.
We'll start by getting to know your experiences, strengths, and what you want from therapy. I use DBT skills to help with everyday challenges and IFS to explore the inner conflicts that can keep you feeling stuck.
I don't believe therapy should feel like following a script. I'll encourage you to experiment with new perspectives while respecting your boundaries. If something isn't working, we'll talk about it and try another approach.
What It's Like to Work With Me
What Change Can Look Like
Sometimes meaningful change shows up in the little things you do differently.
A quieter inner critic. You may begin responding to mistakes with understanding rather than automatically putting yourself down.
More confidence in everyday life. Managing emotions and getting through ordinary responsibilities may start to feel less overwhelming.
Healthier relationships. You might find it easier to trust, communicate your needs, and maintain boundaries without losing connection.
