Welcome!
Are you struggling to break free from negative patterns in life or love? Together, we can turn your struggles into stepping stones, paving a new path to healthier ways to live and love. I offer a compassionate, client-centered therapeutic approach for individuals and couples. I recognize that each journey is unique and deeply personal. I welcome clients with diverse cultural/ethnic backgrounds and identities (LGBTQIA+ friendly).
How I work:
My approach to therapy is trauma-responsive, which means I work with care and respect for everything you’ve been through. I integrate evidence-based therapy methods and creative practices, like SoulCollage®, to help you understand what’s going on beneath the surface. Together, we’ll look at the emotional, biological, and social pieces of your story to better understand what’s been shaping your experience. From there, we’ll set goals that feel right for you and find tools to help you move from just getting through each day to feeling more whole, connected, and alive.
What you can expect with me:
People describe me as an insightful, nurturing and creative therapist. I care deeply about helping individuals and couples through a trauma-informed, equity-centered lens. I believe that everyone deserves unconditional acceptance, happiness, and fulfillment, and I’m here to help you move forward in a way that feels authentic and empowering.
More than just my work:
The dance floor is my personal sanctuary; I am an avid Latin dancer and an aerial acrobat with a decade of performance and choreography experience. Dance has taught me that beauty and freedom await when we embrace the unexpected and grow through adversity — just like my favorite quote says: “Life isn’t about waiting for the storm to pass. It’s about learning how to dance in the rain.” ~Vivian Greene
