Welcome!

Do your thoughts feel heavy and overwhelming, like they’re constantly in the way but you can’t even find the words to explain them? You try to express what you're feeling, but it’s hard to focus, and even harder to make sense of it all. You just want the thoughts to stop. They’re taking over your life, and you’re not even sure why. You want to feel present, to feel like yourself again, but the thoughts won’t let go.

I get it. And I’m here to help!

How I work:

Sometimes you don’t even have the words to describe how hard it feels, and that’s okay! My approach is meeting each person where they are at. To inform my work, I draw on CBT, IFS, and DBT skills. Whether you want a new perspective, practical coping skills, or just someone to share a silence, I would be honored to be on this journey with you.

What you can expect with me:

People describe me as an empathetic and optimistic therapist to work with. I am here to help you find hope in the face of hardship. I strive to create a place where you can feel valued, supported, and stronger overall.

More than just my work:

I love to travel– I find beauty in experiencing new places, people, and ways of life.

  • We believe that therapy should be accessible, and we’ve designed our clinical intern sliding scale to reflect that.

Our clinical interns offer sessions at three pricing levels:

    • Community Care – $0
Free sessions for those with limited financial access. These spots are made possible by others in our community who choose the Pay-It-Forward option.

    • Sustaining Support – $37.50
A midpoint rate that helps cover the cost of providing therapy services and supervision.

    • Pay-It-Forward – $75
This rate is not only an affordable option for therapy, but also helps make free Community Care spots available for others.

When you choose a Pay-It-Forward session, you’re helping create access for someone who might not otherwise be able to receive support. We sincerely thank those who are able and willing to support our community. Accessible mental health benefits everyone, and we’re all in this together.

    Open Path Collective Members
If you’re part of the Open Path Collective, your session fee with an intern is $30. (Please let us know when you reach out.)
