Welcome!
Do you feel lost with understanding your child’s unique needs? Is your child struggling to adapt to school? As a teacher-turned-therapist-in-training, with nearly two decades of experience in the classroom, I am here to help you understand and advocate for your child’s needs and support your child in building confidence and emotional wellbeing.
How I work:
My approach blends experiential, arts-based therapies—including visual and fiber arts, play, and movement—with a neuro-affirming and trauma-informed lens. I create nurturing and engaging spaces where children develop self-awareness, resilience, and self-worth through creative expression and sensory exploration.
What you can expect with me:
I want to create a safe space for you to be able to grow and develop! I am a thoughtful, creative, and empathetic therapist-in-training, passionate about helping children and families navigate emotional regulation, school challenges, and identity development.
More than just my work:
I’m a cozy homebody with an adventurous streak—happiest in green spaces, by the ocean, or curled up with a good book. I’m also a mom, an artist, an animal lover, and a lifelong learner.

We believe that therapy should be accessible, and we’ve designed our clinical intern sliding scale to reflect that.
Our clinical interns offer sessions at three pricing levels:
Community Care – $0
Free sessions for those with limited financial access. These spots are made possible by others in our community who choose the Pay-It-Forward option.Sustaining Support – $37.50
A midpoint rate that helps cover the cost of providing therapy services and supervision.Pay-It-Forward – $75
This rate is not only an affordable option for therapy, but also helps make free Community Care spots available for others.
When you choose a Pay-It-Forward session, you’re helping create access for someone who might not otherwise be able to receive support. We sincerely thank those who are able and willing to support our community. Accessible mental health benefits everyone, and we’re all in this together.
Open Path Collective Members
If you’re part of the Open Path Collective, your session fee with an intern is $30. (Please let us know when you reach out.)
