Welcome!

If you’re feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or held back by trauma, anxiety, depression, dependency, or relationship patterns, you’re not alone. My clients come to therapy wanting clarity, healing, and the ability to move forward with confidence and peace.

How I work:

I help clients reclaim their power and create meaningful change using a person-centered, trauma-informed, and empowerment-focused approach. Therapy with me goes beyond talking—we take action. I blend TF-CBT, Prolonged Exposure, CBT, DBT, REBT, IFS, ACT, and Motivational Interviewing to help you understand your patterns, build new skills, and experience real transformation.

What you can expect with me:

Warmth, authenticity, and a space where you feel heard, cared for, and supported. I walk beside you, hold hope for you, and gently challenge you when it helps your growth.

With over 24 years of experience, I specialize in trauma, recovery, sexuality issues, borderline personality disorder, bipolar disorder, psychotic disorders, OCD, gender dysphoria, anxiety, and depression. I work with individuals 13+, adults of all ages, veterans, and LGBTQIA2S+ clients.

More than just my work:

My guiding quote by Maya Angelou is:

“My mission in life is not merely to survive, but to thrive… with some passion, some compassion, some humor, and some style.”

Outside of work, I enjoy golfing, fishing, surfing in Mexico, all things Star Wars and spending time with my two dogs.

If you’re ready to heal and thrive, I’d be honored to walk with you.
